Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 225 g melon(s) (Galia)
- 3 pieces of melon(s), 20g each
- ½ liter Prosecco
- possibly mint
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
very refreshing on hot summer evenings
Weigh out 225g of melon, remove the seeds, and remove the rind. Cut into pieces and place in a food processor. Pour 0.5 liters of Prosecco into the processor and process thoroughly. Pour into three large champagne glasses (approx. 200ml each). Cut three long melon slices (approx. 20g each) and place them in the glass as garnish. If desired, add a mint leaf.
