Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 ice cubes
- 3 oranges
- 120 g coconut cream (from the can)
- 100 ml sweet cream
- 375 ml pineapple juice
- 6 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp syrup (grenadine syrup)
- 4 pieces of pineapple (fresh or from a can)
- 4 cherries (cocktail cherries)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Roughly crush the ice cubes in an ice grinder or place them in a plastic bag and smash them with a meat tenderizer. Divide the ice between 4 tall glasses and place in the freezer. Juice the oranges. Blend the coconut cream and cream. Stir in the fruit juices and divide the mixture between the glasses. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of grenadine syrup around the rim of each glass. Garnish with skewered pineapple chunks and cocktail cherries.
