Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 2 tsp capers from the jar
  • salt and pepper
  • some Maggi
  • possibly lemon slices for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

tastes good with salmon or avocado

Mix all ingredients well and serve in a pretty bowl. Garnish with a lemon slice, for example. This sauce goes well with almost any fish and vegetables. It also tastes great simply with white bread.
