Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Quick sauce, ideal for spontaneous barbecues

Finely dice an onion and mix it in a bowl with the quark, horseradish, and tomato ketchup. If you don’t like horseradish or onions, you can leave them out; it’s delicious without them! Season the dip with salt and, if desired, add more horseradish and tomato ketchup. This dip is very quick to make and goes perfectly with barbecues. It tastes great with meat, sausages, or even just on toast.
