Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
  • e.g. sugar or sweetener
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 3 bags of dessert sauce (vanilla flavor) without cooking
  • 3 can/n tangerines

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and tasty

Drain the mandarins. Whip the cream and vanilla sauce until stiff peaks form. Beat the quark with the sugar until dissolved. Fold the cream into the quark, add the mandarins, and fold in. Serve cold.
