Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 pack of natural cream cheese (200 g)
  • ½ pack of natural brunch
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Finely chop the parsley and drain the tuna (I always use the tuna in oil; I prefer it, but you can also use the tuna in water, of course). Combine the cream cheese, brunch, tuna, and parsley in a bowl until smooth, then season with cayenne pepper. The dip tastes best after it’s been left to sit for a while (e.g., 2 hours in the refrigerator). It tastes delicious on bread or rolls, at a barbecue, with raclette, on a buffet, etc.
