Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (star-shaped pasta)
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Cook the star-shaped pasta until al dente. Make a marinade with vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and oil. Dice the peppers and onions. Mix all ingredients together and let it marinate.
