Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g sauerkraut, raw
- 100 g Jerusalem artichoke
- 1 apple
- 80 g cream
- 3 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- Salt
- 5 dates
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Tear apart the sauerkraut, finely grate the Jerusalem artichokes, and coarsely grate the apple. Make a sauce from the cream, oil, herbs, and salt and pour it over the ingredients. Chop the dates and mix in.
