Sauerkraut salad with Jerusalem artichoke

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g sauerkraut, raw
  • 100 g Jerusalem artichoke
  • 1 apple
  • 80 g cream
  • 3 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • Salt
  • 5 dates

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Tear apart the sauerkraut, finely grate the Jerusalem artichokes, and coarsely grate the apple. Make a sauce from the cream, oil, herbs, and salt and pour it over the ingredients. Chop the dates and mix in.
