Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g fish (smoked fish, e.g. salmon, trout)
  • 120 g apples, peeled, pitted
  • 120 g cucumber(s), pitted, peeled
  • 70 g sour cream
  • 70 g mayonnaise
  • 40 g onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the fish, cucumber, onions, and apples into small cubes. Thicken with sour cream and mayonnaise, and add dill. Season to taste. Tip: Let the salad sit for a few hours, as this is the only way the individual ingredients will blend into a perfect flavor harmony.
