Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 potatoes, waxy
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 200 g cream or milk, preferably a little more!
- 150 g leek
- n. B. cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the potatoes lengthwise and lightly score the tops. Place them in a baking dish, season with salt and nutmeg, and pour over the cream. Cook in a preheated oven (top/bottom heat: 200°C, fan oven: 175°C) for about 35 minutes. Thinly slice the leek, scatter it over the potatoes after 35 minutes, and season with salt and pepper. Grate the cheese, sprinkle it over the potatoes, and finish cooking in the oven for 15 minutes.
