Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 m.-sized potatoes
  • 300 g sheep’s cheese
  • savory, fresh
  • herbal salt
  • olive oil
  • 2 zucchini, possibly 3

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Zucchini – feta cheese – potato casserole

Boil and peel the potatoes. Wash the zucchini, cut into 2-3 mm thick slices, and fry briefly in heated olive oil. Grease a shallow baking dish with oil. Place a layer of potato slices on top, sprinkle with chopped savory. Season with herb salt. Add the zucchini slices as the next layer. Finally, place the feta cheese, cut into 5 mm thick slices, on top. Grill in the oven for a few minutes and serve immediately.
