Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g jacket potatoes, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 2 packs of frozen spinach
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Grease a baking dish and preheat the oven to 175°C. Spread the potatoes evenly in the dish. Season the spinach with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Then pour over the potatoes. Mix the milk, egg, and flour well and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and garlic. Pour the liquid mixture over the spinach, sprinkle with cheese, and place in the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes (until the cheese is golden brown), then enjoy!
