Salad with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 2 portions of leaf salad, three varieties
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (Bianco)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A touch of luxury

Wash the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces, peel the carrot and cut into approximately 5 cm long strips, and slice the onion into rings. Place everything in small bowls and top with smoked salmon pieces. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, milk, honey, and mustard to create a smooth dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad just before serving.
