Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 1 pack of butter vegetables, approx. 300 g
- 100 g herb cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and let it cool, then sear it. Reduce the heat, add the buttered vegetables, and let it thaw in the pan. Finally, fold in the cream cheese. I like it best with herb cream cheese, but it’s also delicious with garlic cream cheese. It’s so versatile. I like using up leftover pasta with this recipe. It also tastes great with rice instead of pasta.
