Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g salmon
- 1 loaf(s) (flatbread)
- 1 tomato(s)
- Pickle(s)
- Tomato ketchup
- Mustard
- dill
- chives
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fry and chop the salmon, season with pepper. Sauce: Mix ketchup and mustard to your liking, and season with dill and chives. Cut the flatbread into quarters, spread with the sauce, and top with tomato, cucumber, and salmon.
