with fish fingers, a great snack for the children’s party

Wash the cucumber and peel if desired. Finely grate the cucumber and toss with a little salt. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes. Peel the onion and slice or slice into fine rings. Wash the dill, shake dry, and finely chop. Mix the vinegar, dill, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Whisk in 1 tablespoon of oil. Squeeze the cucumbers dry if desired and drain off any excess water. Mix the cucumber with the marinade and season to taste. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the fish fingers on all sides for about 8 minutes. Briefly toast the rolls in the toaster if desired. Cut the rolls open lengthwise, but do not cut through. One after the other, add some cucumber salad, 2 fish fingers each, 1 tablespoon of remoulade sauce, the remaining cucumber salad, and onion rings.
