Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 rolls (burger rolls)
  • 4 small fish fillets, boneless
  • 4 cucumber(s), chopped
  • 4 shallots, chopped
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • e.g. tartar sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut open the burger bun. Toast inside and out. Quickly grill the fish fillet. When the fish fillets are done, place one on the bottom of the burger bun, top with a slice of cheddar cheese. Drizzle with tartar sauce, sprinkle with shallots and gherkins, and cover with the burger bun lid.
