Salmon and egg salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g smoked salmon, cut into slightly thicker slices
  • 5 eggs, hard boiled
  • 200 g mayonnaise, homemade
  • 1 tsp mustard (wild garlic mustard) or herb mustard
  • 1 ½ tsp dill, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp lemon balm, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with smoked salmon

Cut the salmon into small cubes. Chop the eggs into small pieces. Add the wild garlic mustard to the mayonnaise and mix well. Place the salmon and eggs in a bowl and pour the mayonnaise over the top. Finely chop the herbs, fold them into the salad, and season to taste.
