Herring salad Hermine's style

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g fish fillet(s) (Bismar herring fillet)
  • 100 g pickled beetroot and some of the stock
  • 80 g gherkins
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • ½ large apple
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • some salt and pepper
  • sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice all ingredients and mix together. Add one or two eggs, depending on your taste. Season with spices and let stand for a few hours. Delicious with boiled potatoes, fried potatoes, and even on bread.
