  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 200 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • butter
  • 2 tbsp chervil, chopped, possibly dried, or leek julienne
  • Salt
  • possibly pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions. Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips and warm in the cream; do not boil. Drain the spaghetti and add a little butter. Add the chervil to the salmon cream, let it simmer briefly, and then fold the sauce into the spaghetti. Serve immediately. If you like, grind some freshly ground pepper over the top. This also works well as an appetizer; it serves 8 people.
