Spaghetti à la Andropoff

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 400 g cream cheese, paprika/pepper
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g cream cheese, natural
  • 6 peppers, from the jar, maybe 8 (depending on taste)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, possibly 10
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g king prawns (tails)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Finely dice the onion and sauté in hot oil. Add both types of cream cheese and milk and mix well. Add the chopped peppers and halved cherry tomatoes and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then add the shrimp tails. Simmer gently for another 5 minutes. Arrange the spaghetti on a deep plate and pour the sauce over it.
