  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Sugar
  • Garlic granules
  • Metaxa

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quick and easy

Bring the passata to a boil in a saucepan. Add the heavy cream and bring back to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, herbs, sugar, garlic granules, and Metaxa, and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Delicious with pasta.
