Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 sausages
- Rapeseed oil
- 1 liter tomatoes, pureed
- 400 ml tomato ketchup
- 100 ml curry ketchup
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 2 tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 100 ml beef broth or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp, heaped chili sauce
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar, high quality

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Fry the sausages in a pan in hot rapeseed oil. Heat the passata in a saucepan, gradually add the remaining ingredients, and simmer for 5 minutes. Slice the cooked sausages and reheat them in the sauce. This goes well with penne or ringed pasta. You can also thicken the sauce and serve it with white bread.
