Ribbon noodles with minced meat, cheese and leek sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 cups cream cheese with herbs
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 piece(s) herb butter
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions and drain. Meanwhile, slice the leek into thin rings. Fry the minced meat in a pan with a little oil. Add the leek and cook until browned. Now add the cream cheese, cream, and a small knob of herb butter. Bring everything to a boil briefly. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix everything together.
