Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 500 g zucchini
  • 1 eggplant(s), medium-sized
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 large cans of tomatoes, peeled
  • 100 ml crème fraîche
  • 200 ml cream
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the onions. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and sear it with the onions until crispy. Meanwhile, cut the zucchini and eggplant into fairly small cubes. Crush the garlic into the minced meat. Add the vegetables and canned tomatoes and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir the crème fraîche and cream into the meat and season to taste. Cook the pasta until al dente and serve with the sauce. The sauce also goes very well with boiled potatoes.
