Pasta with Puszta sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (can also be whole wheat pasta)
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 can/n mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 jar Puszta salad
  • 1 bottle of paprika sauce
  • margarine
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta. Brown the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in the drained mushrooms and Puzsta salad, and sauté for another 5-10 minutes. Drain the pasta, toss with the contents of the pan, toss with paprika sauce to taste, and reheat briefly.
