Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 slice(s) of feta cheese
- some milk
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp mild ajvar
- Herbs of your choice (e.g. herbs of Provence)
- Salt
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a food processor (you might want to press the garlic) and blend on high until creamy. The feta cheese should no longer be crumbly. It tastes great with grilled meat, potato and vegetable skewers, or simply as a spread on baguette.
