Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 eggplant(s)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Light and delicious on the grill, also suitable for the oven
Clean and dice the bell peppers, zucchini, and eggplant, and dice the feta cheese. Thinly slice the garlic and place it in an aluminum grill tray along with the vegetables, feta cubes, and half of the rosemary. Then finely chop the other half of the rosemary, toss with oil, and add to the mixture. Combine everything and grill for about 10-15 minutes.
