Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g rice
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 gherkins, very finely diced
- 1 onion(s), very finely chopped
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled, (diced)
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- mayonnaise
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Cook the rice and let it cool. Transfer it to a bowl. Add the finely chopped cucumbers and onions. Stir in the hard-boiled, cooled, and diced eggs. Add the can of tuna with oil and season with tomato paste. Finally, add mayonnaise to taste.
