  • 30 g mozzarella
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 baguette(s)
  • some vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 anchovy fillet(s)

Wash the arugula, grapes, and tomatoes, then cut the tomatoes into eighths. Dice the mozzarella. Mix everything together. Mix the oil, vinegar, a little water, salt, and pepper into a marinade and pour it over the top. Rinse the anchovy fillet, pat dry, finely dice, and toss with the oil. Place the mixture and the anchovies on the baguette.
