Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g milk
- 50 g rice flour
- 10 tbsp maple syrup
- 100 g walnuts
- 200 g cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Bring the milk to a boil, add the rice flour while stirring, and cook for about 3 minutes. Stir 2 tablespoons of maple syrup into the rice porridge. Roughly chop the walnuts, lightly toast them in a pan, add 4 tablespoons of maple syrup, and let everything caramelize. Mix the hot nuts into the rice porridge. Whip the cream until stiff, then fold it into the cooled cream and refrigerate. Serve the cream in serving bowls, garnish each with a walnut and maple syrup.
