Raspberry curd with sunflower seeds

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 jars of raspberries, drained
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g whole grain oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the quark with the juice of the drained raspberries (it will be very runny – the oats will bind the liquid later). Stir in the raisins, sunflower seeds, and oats. Finally, stir in the raspberries. The quark dish doesn’t really need any additional sweetening, as the sweetness of the raspberries, juice, and raisins is sufficient. If this isn’t sweet enough for you, you’ll need to add a little more sugar. This recipe dates back to my teenage years. My friends and I used to devour this raspberry quark by the bowlful. Then the recipe somehow got forgotten… Recently, I had to prepare a “healthy” dessert for the kindergarten buffet. Then I remembered our raspberry quark from back then! It was a complete success…
