Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 60 g rice flour
  • 250 g milk
  • 250 g water
  • 2 lemons (juice and zest)
  • 80 g honey (acacia honey)
  • Vanilla
  • Ginger
  • 200 g cream
  • Almonds or walnuts for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the rice flour in the liquid and let it cool. Then stir in the lemon zest and juice, as well as the honey and spices. Mix everything well. Season to taste and add a little more sweetness if desired. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, mix some into the cream, reserving the rest for garnishing. Pour the cream into glasses or dessert bowls and garnish with cream and nuts.
