Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp marmalade, orange
- 4 tsp desiccated coconut

Peel the bananas and place them on a piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with sugar, and top with butter flakes. Seal the foil tightly and grill the parcels on a hot grill for about 8 to 9 minutes. Remove the parcels from the grill and open them. Spread the bananas with orange marmalade and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
