Brisane's baseless cheesecake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g quark
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 150 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 3 tbsp semolina or cornmeal
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

with cream and cream cheese

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased 26 cm springform pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 150°C.
