Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- 3 tbsp capers
- 6 tbsp gherkins
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- pepper
- Salt
- Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop the onion, bell pepper, capers, gherkins, and eggs (alternatively, chop them in a food processor). Mix with the tuna, mayonnaise, crème fraîche, and seasonings. Let it sit overnight, ideally. Tastes delicious as a dip or on fresh baguette—great for parties! If desired, add fresh herbs, such as parsley or chives.
