Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g veal fillet(s)
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 garlic, squeezed
- 2 tbsp oil
- 50 g olives, green
- 1 tbsp capers, drained
- ½ bunch chives, cut into rolls
- 2 limes, or their peels, grated, and juice
- salt, pepper
- pepper
- 4 tbsp Parmesan, sliced
- 8 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely dice and finely chop the veal fillet. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil and let cool. Finely chop the olives and capers. Mix the meat with the ingredients (from onions to limes), season with salt and pepper. Form into 4 meatballs, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with olive oil.
