Egg mince with mashed potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 2 packs of mashed potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 3 onions
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the onions in a little oil, add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown. Meanwhile, make the mashed potatoes according to the instructions. When the minced meat is golden brown, add the two eggs. Simmer for 1 minute, then serve on a plate with the mashed potatoes.
