Spaghetti with herbs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50g spaghetti
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp basil, frozen
  • 1 tsp parsley, frozen
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • n. B. Pepper, white, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Low in calories

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped garlic and onion until translucent. Add 2 tablespoons of basil, the parsley, the capers, and 3 tablespoons of pasta water. Drain the spaghetti and toss with the herb mixture and season with pepper. Serve on a warmed deep plate and sprinkle with the remaining basil.
