Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can tuna, in its own juice
- 1 m.-large pickled gherkin(s), or small, chopped gherkin
- 10 capers, from the jar, small, chopped
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise or salad cream
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- ½ tsp sugar
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Drain the tuna and mash it in a bowl with a fork until it’s fibrous. Then add all the other ingredients and mix with a fork. If you like it spicier, you can add half an onion.
