Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g crab
- 200 g crab meat (river)
- 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
- 100 g low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche, or sour cream
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled, diced
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 50 ml juice of the mandarins
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- some pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Super easy and very tasty
Rinse the crab and crayfish meat under cold water, drain, and place in a bowl. Add the drained mandarin oranges and the remaining ingredients, stir, and season to taste. Serve with toast or baguette.
