Spaghetti with sardines

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 sardines in brine
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary or pizza seasoning
  • Sugar
  • n. B. Water (salt water)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

when things need to be done quickly…

Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual. Peel the onion and finely chop. Peel and halve the garlic. Briefly sauté both in a pan and add a little water. Stir in the tomato paste and simmer until the desired consistency is reached. Season the sauce. (Caution: use a small amount of salt) Add the cooked spaghetti and toss briefly. Cut the sardines into small pieces and mix with the spaghetti. Toss briefly, and you’re done.
