Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta, black
- 200 g feta cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- 50 ml milk
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 red bell pepper(s) (diced)
- 1 can of tuna in oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Blend the feta, cream cheese, milk, yogurt, garlic, olive oil, and paprika with a blender or hand blender (be careful, it will be a bit runny). Stir in the quark and crème fraîche. Drain the tuna and add it. Heat everything through. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
