Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp brown cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon peel, organic, freshly grated, finely

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 10 minutes

The lemon zest should be freshly grated from an organic lemon. Mix the fine zest with the cane sugar. Let the mixture dry in a warm place for 1-2 days. This is a flavored sugar for baking and desserts.
