Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs, separated
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 125 ml water
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, chocolate
  • 500 ml milk
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g butter, room temperature
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • Chocolate glaze
  • Desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Swedish Bomb Slices

Beat egg whites with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form. Beat egg yolks with powdered sugar until frothy, then slowly add oil. Add the remaining ingredients one at a time and mix well. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1 hour. Once cooled, spread with cream. Cream: Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions. Once cooled, mix with powdered sugar and butter. Finally, stir in the coconut flakes and spread over the dough. Finally, cover with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
