Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 banana(s), mashed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a ring tin and bake at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
