Tortellini salad with leek, ham and corn

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g tortellini
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks, large
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 2 packs of cooked ham
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 1 cup meat broth, large, or more
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (Melfor), approx.
  • salt and pepper
  • Fondor
  • possibly oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the tortellini and transfer to a large bowl. Slice the leek into very thin strips and rinse briefly. Dice the ham. Add the corn, leek, and ham to the bowl. Season everything with salt, pepper, Fondor, vinegar, and the broth. Then stir in the Miracle Whip. If desired, season again with broth and oil just before serving. Delicious with grilled food.
