Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar Bianco
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • Sea salt and black pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk the vinegar and egg yolk with olive oil until creamy, stirring constantly. Stir in the mustard thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
