Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp mustard, hot, Dijon or Löwensenf
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
without oil
A very simple basic sauce that can be modified in many ways. Mix the mustard with the balsamic vinegar. Add the yogurt and season with salt and pepper. That’s it, but you could also add herbs, onions, garlic, or whatever you like. Just be careful if you double the amount; I’d be a bit more sparing with the mustard and not necessarily add an extra tablespoon of vinegar per person!
