Vinaigrette with balsamic vinegar and gherkins

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 cucumbers (gherkins)
  • 5 tbsp oil (olive oil), extra virgin

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the vinegar with salt and pepper until the salt dissolves. Finely dice the gherkins and add them. Then gradually whisk in the oil. This vinaigrette pairs well with green leaf salads.
